ORDER POLICY 

  1. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekend and holiday orders. 
  2. Processing time does not include shipping time. 
  3. Once an order is placed, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE to product selections, shipping address, or billing information.

SHIPPING POLICY 

  1. All orders are shipped via trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
  2. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. 
  3. ABCO is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to shipping carrier issues. Please contact the carrier directly with tracking concerns.

Due to the nature and hygiene standards of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all ABCO products including but not limited to:

  3. Digital Products & Services  
  4. Promotional Sales and Clearance Items.

QUALITY GUARANTEE 

Each product is carefully sourced, inspected and packaged to ensure it meets ABCO’s luxury standards. We do not ship used, returned or tampered with items. If you believe you’ve received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
